This apartment is located in the Mega Kuningan area, South Jakarta. This building is planned as a mix-use building consisting of an Office, Condotel, and Service Apartments. We propose an apartment consisting of 24 floors with a Scandinavian concept design which suits the contemporary style of young people who are fresh and simple. This concept moves in choosing natural colors and using simple furniture.
